Therapy App Review

Sure, why not use the phenomenal amount of time we spend on our devices wisely to support our mental health and psychology sessions?

I just discovered two great apps as an adjunct to your therapy. For in-between session notes and reflections a simple piece of free software called My Therapy Notes is worth your consideration. Simple note taking, additional security login for confidentiality. It’s a great recording process.

Similarly named, MyTherapy tracks and reminds you about your medication, which behavioural strategies you are using and how they are working… clever!

MyTherapy is UK based so the helpline phone numbers are UK ones but apart from this, I love this tool and will definitely begin mentioning it to suitable clients from now on.
